cb200t owner here, if you need any help Scott (Diesel450) is a pro, check out his build for some inspiration.

Nice project. Like Von Yinzer said... better late than never. Welcome to the forum. While youre one arm rolling, roll me one.

a little back story - - got this bike for $100 with the motor in a box. took it home and it was all there!! So i started cleaning painting and such. nect thin i know Cyn my wife said "No sray painting in the basement' so i started polishing things! This is how it sits now. need to strip tank seal tank it has some rust inside. Frame needs TLC.

Do I need to take apart the fork shocks? or just rinse it out with some fork oil.

Source for rear Shocks?

Thanks guys

Great score on the bike!

Are the fork seals leaking at all? Definitely couldn't hurt to rebuild them. And check out Dime City Cycles at the top of the page for just about everything.

What color is that on the engine? I've been thinking of a nice blue for my SR500 frame.

fork seals are something that sounds intimidating somehow but once you do it, Its like pulling off the carbs. You open things up, clean things, you feel better.

the paint is VHT flame proof blue the label said titanium blue usual auto parts stores carry it

I rebuild my MTB DH forks so its not taking it apart its the seals look great. I will redo the fork seals seeing as i have time........
