Craigslist ad...

1974 Honda CB360 project bike. DOES NOT RUN. Filthy dirty but only light surface rust here and there. Turns over with kickstarter, shifts, brakes work, throttle and clutch NOT frozen. Tires hold air, and not even badly dry-rotted. Needs battery and a couple evenings labor and it should be good to go. Clear FL title, in my name, ready to go!

asking $400

;D lol @ the seat back ;D

located in central florida...looking to buy.

i have very little technical knowledge, so finding something as close as possible to running condition is my biggest goal.

if you have little tech knowledge i would say for 500 bucks you can track down a runner in somebodys garage out that way man... exp FL... people are hurting for $$ out that way!

I definetly rather pay a few extra dollars up front and get a running 750, with only cosmetic issues...

How much should i be looking to spend?!

....back to craigslist and ebay hunting...
(Central/East Coast Florida)

yeh I only paid $500 for my 360 and it was running. keep looking or make him a low offer.

I paid 500 for my Notrunning 750, just needed the carbs cleaned out

I am a beginner, and by cleaning carbs all we had to do was undo some screws and scrape some shit .....easy ....buy it up :)

Project worthy? Anything is project worthy ;D

There are a few of them getting cafe'd around here.

BUT....

Hold out for a running bike or knock him down in price - you'll probably spend a couple of hundred getting that one up and running (assuming it's mechanically OK).
