New to The Ton here and just wrapping up my first project bike. The little guy's been fun...learned a lot and felt good doing it, but its time to get something that will get me going more that 55 without feeling like its going to blow up!
In the Atlanta area and A. looking for some advice on selling it...never sold a bike before. Has eBay been the best option or any other "market places" you guys can recommend? B. Will be looking for two bikes after this one sells...something a little more modern for commuting and another project bike...thinking Japanese in 250-500cc range for both. Any tips/resources (other than eBay and craigslist) for finding vintage bikes? (Guess one answer might apply to both questions, huh?!!)
Here’s a shot of the bike now...waiting for tank badges and just slipped on some new black and chrome grips last night. Will reshoot and post more details on the bike/project once its "ready" in a weeks or so.
