75 CB360 Front Left Turn Signal Illuminated on Low Beam

Hi y'all

I recently had my battery go on me and was able to make it home. after i took it off the trickle charger on the low beam setting for my headlight the front left turn signal stays illuminated. it blinks when you use the turn signal switch but it stays on all the time. high beam doesn't have this problem but riding around in broad daylight with the high beam on isn't totally necessary. i've since replaced my battery and it is still doing this. what's the issue? thanks fellas

gonna replace my turn signal 12v relay and my regulator...a couple of places that i've read on other bikes they've said that the relay could easily be the culprit...anyone else have any thoughts?

dur duh dur moment...loose nuts on the battery

also had a burnt out filament on my right turn signals, realized it was just the running light filament on my left side light that stayed on, which is completely normal.

tightened those up and cleaned contacts for wires, got 12.0V on idle and 12.3 on revving.

temp installed new R/R from common-motor and got same charging voltage on both idle/revving.

next thoughts lead me to believe its the stator.
