'77 CB750 electrical system

I picked up my 1977 CB 750 project bike last weekend, and I already have it stripped down to the frame.
Among the very, let's say "interesting," aspects of this bike is its very unique electrical system. Besides the fact that the ignition has been replaced by a push button starter, there are no turn signals, horn, oil pressure light, tach, speedo or fuse box, and there are wires that I've yet to identify that have been cut 1/2" from the wiring harnesses.
For now, I'm going to assume I'll be able to replace the tach wiring and hope a new speedo drive cable will fix that problem as well. I'll worry about the rest as required.
My questions are these two:
1) For the turn signal, I assume I can just tap into the hot wire anywhere downstream from the rectifier, then through the relay -> switch -> left and right signal split and back to the black hot. Is that correct?
2) Since the original fuse box had a left and right signal and a horn fuse, I should be able to splice a new fuse box just downstream of the assembly that houses the turn signal switch and the horn switch. Is that also correct?
My goal this weekend is simply:
1) Don't get electrocuted
2) Don't blow up the bike
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

First thing ya need is a proper wiring diagram... You need to know whats actually there and whats missing. Getting a "new" harness off of EBay or maybe a member here would be a great start.
