'81 GL1100 'On The Road Again' (hopefully)

Pick at the blockage gently with a pin, then thin wire (from a wire brush perhaps, or fuse wire/paperclips). If its a decent opening thread wool or cotton yarn through and run it up and down.

Failing that, use a pipecleaner...the fuzzy things you bent around into shapes and structures as a kid. They make a good tie down for loose bits, as well as a jet polisher and general useful thingy. Yeah...technical.

i have also used ultra fine drill bits, dental tools, pipe cleaners, but boil in lemon juice really does the trick!
 
Be very careful, the jets are brass and soft. Make sure that you don't do anything that will change the size of the hole. If you can get a small hole started, then lemon juice will work even faster.

It is big, I'm 6'1, anyone smaller would probably feel stretched out.
 
nice man! have you looked into a altinator conversion at all? there is alot of cool things we can do with these suckers!
 
Been busy, so no updates, but I do have pictures of the progress I've been making. Just wanted to throw this one up quick and see what everyone thought.
