82 gs1100 only seeing 10.7 volts at indicators....

is this normal? the bike has the turn signal switch, a 3 prong relay, and a turn signal controller. I already checked out the switches and resistance is minimal. anyone in the know, have an idea? controller dead or on the way out?

I do want to simplify the system, but i'd rather not rip stuff out until i tear the bike apart for paint.

this is while the battery is showing 13.5-14 volts.

Not usual, no. I'd remove the controller and three prong and go to a two prong model, but that's just me.

Thanks Sonrier! that's what I decided to do, just haven't had the time yet. might have to buy a buddy some beer to do it for me lol.
