Phase 1 complete.

Phase 2 will be painting and some other small details.

For the next few months will not be working on the bike, only riding it .

You just solved the rear end issue on my bike. that bumpstop design would fit perfect!! Looks great btw, nice stance!!

See if you can get hold of CB250N or CB400N (Eurosport) footrest mountings and rear brake lever, I'm pretty sure it will move footrests back 3"~4" (75mm~100mm if your metric?)

How about this color scheme?

I like it. Are the brake lights visible enough from behind or is that just the camera angle in that shot? Kind of looks like the cowl covers them a little. Besides that it looks great, just don't want anyone to drive over you. Drivers already don't pay attention to anyone on a motorcycle. Looks like a nice paint scheme though.

This is going kind of slow. baut have to take in consideration that if I need to make something for my bike I have to measure at home and then build/weld during my lunch break at home.

Been working on the seat. Trying to get it in position.

hi

The two grommets were made of nylon round, but can be made out of wood or aluminium. just cut two pieces of the same height, drill a 6mm hole in the center all the way thru (fig1) then with a larger drill, drill till half way (fig2), and then use a 5mm bolt with nut to fasten them on the existing holeson the frame.

Cheers
