90 / 100 cc kawasaki rotary valve bottom end noise

I've got a 100cc bottom end off a km100. I had thrown a g4tr top end on it and started it up. Made a horrible clicking noise with lots of vibration. Thought it might be something in the top end, so i took it off. Still makes the sound. It makes the sound only ever full rotation of the crank. I'll try to get a video of it up, but before i do, anyone have any idea?

My guess is that something like this is not been done a lot? Some pictures/video might be helpfull to a quick answer. Every full turn could be anything really..
