99 thunderbird sport

Heres my 99 thunderbird sport. Took it to the AMA show with my 71 Honda. Changed the mirrors, took some dents out of the tank, new paint. Striped the front fender. Painted and striped the chain guard. re did the seat, chopped the rear fender and changed the tail light. Still have to change the signals and maybe add clubmans. Im currently painting the top of the carbs while they are being cleaned. before and after. Painted a helmet to match but need to get it clear coated and add some goggles. I dont know if I'll add the knee pads back on, I like the bright white showing. Thanks . Let me know what you guys think.

One of my favorite Triumphs, next to the new bonnies. I like the tank sans the kneepads, a nice paint job should be shown off, haha. Just polish up the white area with a little Zaino everynow and then and you won't have to worry about scratches. Great looking machine, I like the current handlebars as well, clubmans may look a little odd w/ that big tank but who knows. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks. Bad news is I turned the fuel on to ride and it started pouring out of the air box. A float had gotten stuck. Carbs were cleaned and while they were off I had them painted red as well. Im still on the fence about them. I didnt want them to stand out too much. Once they get a little grim on them they will be fine.
