Looks very much like a Bell & Howell 16mm. I have a few filmos. They filmed d-day with them. Fantastic cameras. The ones I have are manual spring wound. That's just awesome.

That's a Bolex 16mm with a three lenses turret on it. The smaller lenses are to give the right perspective when looking through the viewfinder. The big box on the other side is a battery. Looks like he has the electric drive option instead of the spring motor. High dollar rig back in the day!
