Acetone leak down test failure...

Took the head off my CB500t actually to repair a damaged spark plug thread.

This is a completely new rebuild I inherited, the engine looks brand new inside as do the valves.

Anyway though I may as well do a leak down test while I was there with acetone. I'm afraid both right side valves are leaking especially the intake.

Is there any chance these valves will bed or do I have to take them off and do valve work?

Yes 100% sure.
