Been Around the Block
I recently picked up a set of 18"x3.5" and 18"x4.5" RevTech 40-spoked bare rims for my '74 Kaw H1 project I have on the back burner. The H1 uses a 19"/18" F/R 40-spoke combo.
Maybe I'm over thinking this, but is it as easy as getting a new "replacement" spoke set for the rear since the diameters are not changing and then getting a 18" front spoke kit from Buchanan and start lacing away? I'm concerned about nipple angle, size and such on the rim side of things.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
