Aftermarket Throttle Housing?

I have a '70 cb350 twin and have ditched the push button start and the turn signals so I have no use for the bulky throttle housing. I have new clutch and brake lever set but dont know where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Photo is attached.

Not the best pic but I have used motocross throttle housing and made a single cable instead of opening/closing cables.
Bicycle cable is perfect for this, one on my Yam is at least 6 yrs old

If you use VM or other twin carbs, use one of these.
Single or dual on eBay, not sure if Dime City has them yet?
