Airbrush portrait artist needed...

Now that our bike project is nearing completion, it's time to find a airbrush artist who can fill our needs. Our bike is geared to promoting aftermarket products and needs to be "different", in order to stand out.

Originally we'd planned on having Steve Nunez of stevenunez.com do our airbrush work. Steve's skills are simply amazing, unfortunately he no longer does art of any "adult" variety.

Since our bike project is adult themed, we now find ourselves looking for an artist who can capture the personality of the model to carry over into the paint work.

The airbrush portion of our design is all contained to the gas tank area. All the candy base coat paint work will be done before the airbrush artist takes their turn.

Most airbrush artists can do Marilyn Monroe, or a pretty lady, but it's proving difficult to find one who can get the look we are after, without charging more than the bike is worth.

If any dotheton readers have suggestions on affordable artists who they think or know can fill our needs, we'd very much like to hear from you!

Here are a couple examples of my airbrushing. I realize this thread is a couple weeks old but if you are still looking for an artist feel free to contact me.

Scratcher -thanks for replying. I've got to find a way for this forum to notify me when someone replies to one our posts... I hadn't checked on replies for a while, so I apologize for not getting back with your sooner...

We are still looking for our artist -time is getting short, the bike is near finished, so I will be getting with you real soon.

We've decided to do a whole website dedicated to our bike build, since it's turned out to be quite unusual bike as compared to what others are building and as such our "artist" that ends up doing our work is going to be seen for many years to come when visitors read our bike build site and pages.

See your PM's we'll be in touch soon!

FYI - if you edit your post and click on "attachments and other options" you can click the check box to notify you of replies.

Thanks Ribo! Had no idea it would be that easy. Really like your avatar, like to see a large image of the sidecar! :)
