Any help from fellow members in Toronto?

Hey all,

Thanks for the help thus far. I've been using the FSM for almost everything, but I've come to a point where I could really benefit from someone's experience.

I finally got the CB360 running. Runs pretty good, but definitely needs tuning. I'd say the left cylinder is running lean, while the right is running rich. But who am I to tell. Is there anyone with the tools and know-how who may be interested in helping me out one afternoon to set it all up? I eat a plant-based diet, but am happy to accommodate your tastes in food and beverage in return. I live in North York / Vaughan.

Thanks,
Dan

I would recommend taking it to wildside motorcycle shop. Get it professionally done so you dont need to worry about it. the guys there are awesome. He takes old jap bikes and harleys and turns them into custom bobbers. His prices are pretty good too. most places charge $400 for powder coating a frame, he charges $250 and thats with sandblasting. He is on the corner of carson and horner in etobicoke if your interested. Take the chance to pick their brains while your there too.

Thats of course if no one can help you out.

I too lack the know how for engines so im in the same boat as you... lucky mine ran well when i got it and the girlfriends dad is a aircraft engine engineer so i lucked out lol. good luck to you buddy!

Contact Ted Rose, at Rosey Toes Motorcycles on Wendall Ave in Etobicoke. He'll be able to get it tuned for less than anyone else in Toronto ;)

Thanks guys,

I have a decent understanding of motors and have the manual. I would like to go at it myself and just having someone with experience by me would be ideal! I have heard great things about Rosey Toes from personal friends.

Ya i completely understand man. Theres just something so satisfying about being able to fix, create, and mod yourself. In my eyes, the bike is no longer "a bike", but an extension of you. I actually just fired up my bike for the first time after messin with it for 3 weeks!!!! turns out it only kick starts!!!! which i love as i see it as a personality trait.

See what you can do about getting it fixed on your own. If it is getting close to riding season, as it is now, i would get it professionally fixed so you dont miss out on riding time cause god knows its limited up here.... damn snow... ride it for the year and when its time to put it away, take the time then to rip into it and learn as you go.

Hate to see someone miss out on riding!

All the best buddy
