Yup. Currently at the mq-9 ftu but heading to Ellsworth soon to stand up the new unit there. Been a MIC for 2 years now and it's totally different than traditional intel.

figured it out. So mic's are mission intell coordinators .. My best guess is that you guys are dealing with some type of predators cooperating in missions 8)

haha looks like we got all airforce guys her but one seamen. After basic i will be e-3 crew chief and will be stationed in fresno northern california working on f-15's

Ha, no i wasn't a seaman! I was a Petty Officer 3rd class MMN, my rank below that was a Fireman MMN. I was actually wearing my E-5 patches before i got out because i was frocked to the next rank but not being paid yet. Hence the reason i was just saying E-4 since none of my paperwork says E-5 because of the pay thing, all i had was my promotion papers. :(

Naw man, I think the young cat was talking shit and callin you cum. You should tell him to start beating his face but in the Airforce they dont do that, they have time outs and write reports instead ;)

OMG

xruze56, stop talking.

Drill ain't shit, ask me how I know.

so, apparently everyone who answered except for two are fresh young recruits new to the service. Whatever happened to the professional military?. only 1 person was smart enough to actually not answer a question for security reasons but another spouted right up to answer for him. Keep your conversations non work related and non station related when online you fucking morons! Realize that you non-combatant types arent the only ones in uniform. I know only officers and romads fight in the airforce Ive served with both, and most were good men, you obviously arent either, but your comments can endanger real men. THIS IS AN UNSECURE NETWORK!

You're hilarious. Nothing said here was OPSEC so get off your high horse there. Always the REMF's who try to screw with people

Rear eschelon?. That floppy green hat i mentioned was a beret. They dont have those in the rear
I know that in the new army everyone gets a beret, but in mine we had to work, and bleed for ours.
Yes Im familiar with the current OPSEC rules for forums. But what you do in general and where you do it specifically shouldnt be discussed. Thats just common sense.

hey guys, I'm sorry things got a little out of hand on this thread. my intentions were good to try and help out a new kid going trough basic. but for sure stuff got said that i was not super comfortable with. sorry

just for the record, you can think what you want about young enlisted airman but i want you to know that you are wrong. i know what i do. thats all i have to say

no OPSEC was violated. if you're not even in or a reserve don't claim it. why is everyone in the chair-force? on a boat is where it's at.

So much win in here ^^

As for the rest of you and for OPSEC, I'm willing to bet that by searching your posts i can find out where you located, and now I can tell what you do in the service, and with some work, I can figure out where you are serving currently... please, don't be naive

Here's a question for the Navy guys... how often do you have to wear the Blue Digi's? Those things are hideous!

Not that the Army's are much better... they are only good if you are hiding in pea gravel!
