Anyone have experience rebuilding Accelerator Pumps?

Looks like my accelerator pump on my 78 gs550 is leaking pretty bad when I open up the throttle.
Anyone have experience rebuilding them? They don't look super complicated.

I had an accelerator pump on a vm34 it never leaked but I did get a repair kit and changed the seals/diaphragms and it was pretty straight forward

No, they are not complicated. Pretty much just gaskets and a diaphragm.

Did you find a repair kit for the pump by itself somewhere? Or are they included in carb rebuild kits? I just had a buddy redo the carbs for me, not looking to buy a whole new kit.

I found it on ebay they are priced insanely high for what they are... mine was separate accelerator pump rebuild kit

Still no luck finding any kits - anyone out there have any idea?

Its not hard at all there are just some small parts to make sure you hold on to. I cleaned mine out and all was well. Getting to the little ball is tedious.
