Wow, that dude must already have some kind of inner ear problem. I've had my share of drunk, but that guy has zero balance at all. It almost looks like he's on a ship at high sea or wearing magnetic pants or something. He doesn't look that bad off otherwise, even looks like he can talk to the clerk, but not even enough balance to sit up.
I hope he isn't going anywhere near a bike.
