bags on the bike?

do you guys ever throw any bags of any sort on your bike if you are going anywhere or do you just wear a backpack? right now i just wear a backpack if i go somewhere to buy something or need to carry something but it would be nice to have a good looking tank bag or any type of bag(s) that look good. so what do you use? (pics would be appreciated) thanks!!!

backpack or bungee on the 2up seat

+1 on the backpack. Used to strap down a bag on the 2 up seat, but don't have that anymore so it's always a backpack.

If you put bags on it is it still a cafe racer? I say no! that's why I always have my man purse; I mean backpack.

Roustabout puts a green military/courier bag on the side of his bike. It looks pretty bad ass with the green of his bike. Kinda like if the military raced bikes back in the day.

Leather saddle bags or hard beemer style luggage would just look silly. No?

I use a magnetic tank bag on my KZ. I don't wear backpacks while riding because if you do happen to get in an accident, whatever you have in that pack could potentially do a lot of damage to your body. The tank bag fits most anything I need to carry on the bike and if it doesn't fit in the tank bag I have a bungee net that will strap down just about anything:
