little turd I picked up a couple weekes ago. It's a 66' Yamaha YL1. Anyway, I figure it'll be fun to zip around on, get coffee, pick-up midget strippers ect. Been a fun little project so far.
Only got a few things to wrap up and I'll call it finished.

It looks like a super fun little project. I want to find an older bike like that to build up, but for now I will stick with my 80 xs650.

That is actually a yamaha 65' yl1 tank. I had picked it up as a back up for the other bike. Thanks for the compliments fellas
 
Here are some better picks of the tank on the cb175. Went and saw my mom up @ the lake on mothersday. Beautiful day and ride. And the road has some killer twisties.

Swaps: All you need for that thing are some expansion chambers and a couple gallons of gas!

This one was restaurant decor for many many years, hanging in the rafters of a cafe down in Moab, Utah. I'll probably cafe it when I add the other bits I have to make it street legal.
