twelve - four - sixty two...
That's right boys and girls, Hoosier Daddy turns 51 today. Mom says a panel truck ambulance with a Volunteer Fireman delivered me about 11:00 PM. For the "younger crowd" an ambulance back then was about the same as a herse...no such thing as EMT's or EMS... just "meat wagons" to haul your sorry ass to the hospital. But Mom and Dad were in the Navy and we didn't even have THAT luxury.
So in honor of this momentous occaison I am going out for authentic Mexican Food and then procede to tie one on tonight. It's now 4:25pm and I got a half pint of Jimmy Beam in me for a starter. So far, so good.
I took the remainder of my alloted Vacation for the next two days and am going to lock myself in the shop and do some organization / cleaning and get crackin on that BSA project of mine!
