Been Around the Block
Finally got some other projects done and now that is getting a little cooler at nite im back in the garage working on the Bemmer. Im looking to make it a clean and sporty daily driver, little comfort then the GT550.

Those are some clean welds you have there sir. Always find myself lookin at builders' welds. You passed the test! These Bemmers make sweet lookin cafe bikes. You have a render of your plans?
 
no renderings but really love this bike, and wish I had the bucks, so the poor mans version. And the welds, wish I could take credit but those are my buddy Roberts, he is an amazing blacksmith.

Wow great rear subframe work! Everytime i look at my dads R100 i want to do the same thing haha! Cant wait to see how yer build turns out!
 
And the welds, wish I could take credit but those are my buddy Roberts, he is an amazing blacksmith.

Nothing wrong with having someone else weld your stufff up for you. As long as you know they are going to hold up. Take a minute and have him teach you how to weld. Practice on something less meaningful and then you'll be a pro like him in no time. Its like riding a bike; once you learn you can pick it up at any time and still be good at it.
 
great fab work, man. I'm amazing that these subframes just bolted on... seems crazy to me.
 
Thx guys, after i stripped the tank, I have a few pin holes in the lowest side point, anyone know a good sealer that could fill these?

I dont think it would be to hard to find one, I looked for a few months because I wanted the single shock model.
