BMW rear wheel fitting

Hello,I would like some advice on fitting a BMW R1150 5.5 rear 5 spoke wheel on to a K1100 to a para lever swing arm,the wheel does fit ,but there is not a lot of room between the wheel rim and swing arm.Would a rear dics off a R1200 CL make any differance ? Or is it down to spacers ?

you may have better luck with a BMW specific website. That said, pics and actual measurements would go a long way in helping us to help you.

TJ (beachcomber) knows a bit about beemers, perhaps he'll catch this thread if you retitle it "BMW rear wheel fitting". Helps to be as specific as you can in the subject.
