Hoosier Daddy
Earache my eye...
While watching an episode of Pawn Stars this guy had a bunch of vintage signed payroll receipts from the greats of the infamous Board Track races. To show who the signatures belonged to, he brought along a copy of a book. THAT caught my attention and I made not of the title "American Racers". So this morning I went to Amazon.com to see if I could pick up a copy for my humble library.
AMAZON'S PAGE LINKY
Best price was $475 for a USED copy! A New in wrapper going for $2,000!
And some jackwagon has two used ones in "VERY GOOD" and "GOOD" conditions asking $6,718.68 EACH!!!!
Seriously? Here I thought old bike prices were skyrocketing!!! Someone ought to tell the publisher, they could run a reprint and make a KILLIN! Oh wait, they DID http://americanmotorcyclebook.com/ but sold out.
