Hey guys I'm hoping that soon i will be installing rear-sets on my bike but the only part I'm not sure of is the brake and shift levers. I've notice there are offsets and such. Why are there offsets and I understand that I have to make sure the spline count is right but is there any reason I can't just cut off my factory parts and weld a lever on the splined part? If the parts are not to costly I'll buy them I noticed Dime City has shift levers but I didn't see anything for brakes. Thanks for any help
