Yeah they get hold of your soft bits when it comes to replacing a title.
It's pretty easy here in Oregon but I'm still into one cb450 for almost $250 just to get papers squared away. I feel your pain brother...

Ouch! I'm right at $170 for all fees...thats $150 more than I paid for the bike!! Oh well-cant wait to be legal!
