brat seat pan bend

how to put a radius up bend on brit seat pan for the loop section . I don't have a machine to do it. any help would be appreciated

Here's how I did mine. Clamped in vise with a piece of pipe.

Then tacked a piece on for leverage.

that is 11 ga steel by the way. the closest i could get to 10 ga.
