Bridgestone Spitfire

Hey guys, been reading through a ton of post on tire selection and seems like the Bridgestone Spitfire are one of the most recommended
tires for the CL350. I am little new to all this so before i go ahead and make the order I wanted to get a second opinion.

Here is what i am thinking,

Front 100/90/19
Rear 110/90/18

Those tires are a too wide for the stock rims. Either chose a different brand that are narrower, or lace up some wider rims. For those tires a 2.15 wide rim for the front and a 2.50 rim width for the back would be appropriate. Bridgestone says 2.50 is recommended for both sizes.

The stock Honda rim is 1.60 in front, 1.85 in back.....too narrow for acceptable performance .

See Here for the size charts: http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/photos/tire-tyre-guide/Bridgestone-SpitfireS11.htm

Fatter tires will make the motorcycle less nimble, and reduce braking and handling performance from stock levels. If you don't need to stop or turn, it won't be a problem.

i´m using k65 heidenau rubbers on my RD 250...and i´m pretty happy with them...good price and good performance for the money..

What is the stock size for a CL? And can anyone tell me if a nobby tire is rated differently? The ones that are on there say 2.75-19 and 4.6-18 but they are a crossover nobby type tire not a road tire.

Good luck finding them in the US for a good price though.
