Thanks for sharing.. there are some interesting models I have never seen before. The blue Triumph with the flowing fenders and body work: was that stock?

IIRC yes, it's stock. The restoration was done by a company in central Virginia. The sign leaning on the rear wheel has the company's name. I misplaced his card :-\
 
It's either a Speed Twin or a Thunderbird, can't tell from the logo and I'm not enough of an expert to tell the difference (one was a 350cc, the other a 650cc, I think). But I think Triumph made the bathtub design for other models -- not sure, where's an expert when you need one? I do know that most folks tore off the bathtub fenders and replaced them -- Triumph was trying to compete with the rapidly increasing scooter market, but people who wanted fast motorcycles didn't want fast motorcycles that looked like scooters.
