Broken / stuck air screws

Should I just order a new pair of carbs or does anyone have a way these could be taken out ?

I guess this is caused by my inability to screw in CHEAP ASS replacement air screws from ebay.

here is the method i use i made a bit different tool but i suck at pictures and write ups and larry is os good at it
