It's all start out with the motor. Got my hand on a xv920 chain drive motor. So I went out to get the cheapest virago I can find on Kijiji. Score the bike for $500.00 part out the whole bike and made $500.00

is there a way to convert from the shaft drive to the chain drive for this swingarm swap?

There are some builders have converted to chain drive. But it's doesn't look like a cheap build.. Because I have the chain drive motor. I just have to do something cool.

Can't decided if I should tilt the back of the tank higher or keep it slanted. I will mock up my bobber seat this weekend and see.
