So I ordered a rear sprocket for my 360 on Monday from NewCycleParts.com and payed for expedited shipping and still didnt recieve it until Friday.
Also didnt get shipment notice or a tracking number (it came UPS)
The best part is when I opened the box addressed to me turns out it was some guys cone filter from Michigan.
Sent the company several email and attempted to call them several times yesterday and today but the line was busy.... every time
I find it hard to believe that the phone is ringing off the hook all day until close
But anyways not trying to turn anyone off just my experience and I suppose it should be taken into consideration
Still dont know what im going to do about returns

Reminds me of Old Bike Barn... What a waste of time. If you spend $500, they will hold your order on a $5 gasket or charge you shipping for both. They are also in Canada AFIK and send all theyre stuff through the states... Been years since I bought something from them.
Same with 'Bike bandit. tryed to order a few gaskets to rebuild my petcock. They charged me $39 for shipping. Thats three x more what the gaskets are worth. I even called and tryed to order over the phone and see whats up with the shipping but they just gave me the runaround with no help.
Try motorcyclyesuperstore.com they have been good to me. even if you did have a problem with your order they actually take care of it
I've always found shipping from bike bandit to be very reasonable. As far as I can tell, they charge carrier rates.
The only thing with Bike Bandit is they don't stock many OEM parts. Honda parts have take maybe 7-10 days, which still isn't bad. I signed up for their club thing and now I get free shipping on anything.
So the issue has been cleared up, It took me calling for 5 days and starting at 9am est calling every 15 min before I got in touch with someone today around 1est
I had to cancel my card due to credit fraud they day after I ordered that being said i never received an email saying my order couldnt be processed
When they picked up the phone and I explained my problem the first person called someone else over and was like, theres another problem... the second person chewed someone out while still on the phone sometime later.
I should have my sprocket by the end of the week, but this terrible customer service and lack of professionalism will keep me from ordering here again
