Cafe Racer Exhaust

1975 CB500T Cafe Racer build. I'm looking for an exhaust like the one I drew out in the picture. I want the end of the pipe to be under the motor in the middle of the frame. Anyone know where I can get this without having it custom made? Thanks in advance.

Like, straight out of the catalog? Nobody makes it.

There "may" be a MAC system somewhere for the Cb450/500T that could be adapted to fit, but it would definitely be longer than what you have drawn up.

Cutting it down is not a problem. I just dont want to pay for the muffler when all i'm going to do is cut it right off. I've been doing some searching and I can't find JUST headers.

Merge your own header, more work but you'll have exactly what you want.
I also merged my own headers on my own 75cb500t.
I wrote up a how to on the 50$ thread.

Right. I want the 2 pipes to go into the 2-1 collector which will be under the bike then about 3 inches of single pipe coming out of the collector. There will be enough ground clearance. So, if you're looking at the bike from the front the exhaust pipes will make a V going under the frame.

Hmmm, I'm not sure that anybody makes that, you might have to get them custom made, or get creative with your stock headers then tig weld the nicely to be able to rock them without exhaust wrap.
Or mig weld and then wrap them.

I'm going to have them wrapped, that's not a problem. I don't want to use the stock exhaust because it's majorly heavy. I've got the bike stripped down to about 300lbs. I guess i'm going to have to make it myself. Does anyone know where I can get the 1.5inch pipes cheap??????????

What mufflers are you planning on using? It would be way too noisy to try to run without mufflers and totally anti social.
