What about the battery mounted to the bottom of the swing arm? Hope it isn't a lead/acid battery. Hope the leads can handle being continually flexed....

Started the weekend with a drunk driver in my front yard, cleaning that mess up after a pretty serious spine surgery and physical therapy, I'm a little beat up. "Duper", wow, I should have checked my spelling. Although you gave my wife a good laugh.....

There is almost no value left in this. It's a stripped down parts bike. Rusty tank, rear shocks and chain, missing carbs, cheap replacement exhaust, no seat, handlebars are wrong and the list goes on. $200 or I would walk.

"For sale is a 71 cl350! You dont see these anymore, especially in this condition. For only $7995 you can own this rare motorcycle. It only needs a new title, tires, carb rebuild, wiring, brakes, engine rebuild, and seat, but it's a good platform to start a cafe racer, or scrambler."

Wow.. I'm guessing this is a half joke.

Has to be a joke? But not too far off. Someone should call.

I just said no to a '70 CL350 for $500 that's more than a bit worse than this, and offered $200. He said he'd call me back if it hasn't sold in a month.

Re: "Cafe Racer" such a loose term! Craigslist "Gem" of the week!

Might be a case of the wife telling him to sell it.

Might be right.

I've seen ads like this and thought no way in hell anyone would buy that. But what if it was $3000? Might some idiot bite? And then I think I should list one of my bikes for ridiculous money, so I can buy two more just like it...

$250, almost a bargain......

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Honda-chopper-frame-restoration-project-/271731337726?pt=AU_Motorcycle_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f447329fe

gotta say, i'm tempted, i've always lusted after a goosenecked, prism tanked, sprung backend digger style chopper, might work well as a donor bike after i get my stocker registered

on a good day, the tank and seat would be worth that money (assuming they're not both completely fuckered)

for gods sake, someone tell me to stop having these dark, perverted thoughts....
