Just saw ad for Cafe Racer on HD Theater.
Starts October 13th
Watching re-run of IOM 'Junior' TT at present on HD Theater

I've been enjoying the Isle of Man thoroughly. HD Theatre also ran a show called Twist the Throttle that was supposed to profile specific manufacturers, but I only saw the first episode, which profiled Yamaha. Damn interesting show, but must not have done well.

I'm really looking forward to the Cafe Racer build. I hope to see some special machines.

All of the shows of Twist the Throttle aired first last year. They are all worth watching and I wish they would do more brands.

There was a cafe show that aired last year too, but I don't know if it is the same show.

I have to figure out a way of getting HD Theater up here in the Great White North.... maybe time for a grey-market satellite. Someone want to open an account for me and ship me the dish and HD PVR?

Yes, same show. Same guys that bring you Cafe Racer Magazine - love it or hate it. The show they aired last year was simply their DVD chopped up and reedited. This will be all new material.

Still don't know how I feel about it. I bought the DVD and it's OK. Guess I'll have to watch it and see.

I hope there's more in the garage types as opposed to the whole Ace Cafe thing. That's interesting and all, but I'm sure by now we all know it's there. If they're going to make it about the history of it all, I'd like to hear more stories like Beachcombers.

So the Cafe Racer show on HD (w/ Billy Joel in the commercials) IS related to us? I remember awhile back, a producer posting looking for builders; I'm guessing this is the same one?
