I'd love a loop for my CB350 but am not sure how to go about welding the round bar to the factory stamped metal rear section. Has anyone posted a "how-to" or anything? Just want to make sure I can get it on once I order it

I don't have much information about the xs650. I can tell you though that I don't normally stock 7/8" o.d. tubing (I use 1" o.d.). The frame widths I can currently produce are 8" or 9" wide.

this is how I did it but with a full loop. A bit more work involved though haha. Alot of guys just chop the tail off right behind the stock shock mounts and weld in the half loop there with a little more fab work to blend it in. More pics in my build thread.

I believe the stock XS frames are 1 1/8" tubing. All the Hard tail kits we sell are 1 1/8" tubing which match the stock frame tubes.
