Its glass and came with a KZ650b although it does not fit very well.

I can only guess at a Hoske or Heinrich tank for an older BMW. Many many many variations out there. If you wanted to sell it, I might be a buyer

It certinly seems to be of the later variety. That is the Hienrich model. I looked on ebay and there are a few on there but nothing that is exact. The brackets to mount it are on there though. I would be interested in selling this tank if i can get something a little more suited to my 77 kz650. Perhaps a browse on DC is in order

No , It is Fiberglass. It looks to be well maid. The petcock is reinforced with putty in the bottom pic.

My thoughts exactly. Reminds me of a "cafe" tank for BSAs I've seen before.
