Carb spacer

Just wanted to pose a question. Seeing as how the cb350's don't have any way to hook a manometer up to them, would it make any sence to make a short carb spacer with a vacuum port in it and place it between the isolator and the head? I'm running Uni filters so the set back of the carbs isn't a huge issue. And I know the ports don't exactly match between the isolator and the head, so this transition could be smoothed a bit with it. It only need to be about a quarter inch so I wouldn't think runner length would be an issue. What do you guys think?
