howdy.
so i just pulled apart the cv carbs on the cb350 i just picked up and i figured out why the PO couldn't get it to run right (outside of the wiring issues which left it with no spark), theres no jets in the carbs i kid you not, the jets, the jet holder...gone. the needle jets are there as are the main jet holders (albeit there jacked up due to an attempted removal by screwdriver) but not the jet holder that acts as a limiter on the floats (i believe). its the little kinda flattened W shaped piece of sheet metal the jets mount in. first thing you see when you pop open the carbs on a cb 350.
so now after all that rambling, does anyone know where i can get those jet holders and jets?
my local honda dealer somehow doesn't believe motorcycles we're made before the late 80"s so they've been no help.
any help pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
by the ways, it's a 71 cb350 twin.
thanks
