Not sure what you call easy but i have done the 12v conversion. I did a write up on my "big blue" build. (see link at bottom of post). I have not done it to the newer 125 like yours but it should be the same, i think just the top end of the motor changed.
You need a 350 twin stator and regulator as well as a 12v battery and lights.
mounted a Suzuki GT380 blinker under the seat for a taillight, took the guts out of the stock taillight and mounted in the blinker and painted it wrinkle black, turned out pretty good.
SICK bike!! i was wondering if the stock throttle on a cb175 is built into the handlebars? i have a CB100 with the stock throttle built into the handlebars and its making it very difficult to put on some clip on bars. If the cb175 throttle is built in how did you go bout it with your clip ons?
