CB 125T idle problem!!! (vids for problem diagnose)

I have a cb 125T. I made some video's about how the bike's running at the moment. it won't idle properly and the bike won't get over 8000. anyone an idea what can cause this?

carbs and ignition were set at the honda garage yesterday. the bike ran fine but started acting weird after a minute or so and started dying. since then it won't stay at idle.

sometimes the bike idles at 3000 and than suddenly drops to 1500 and dies a few sec later.

How is the Cam Chain tensioner? Fus line and supply. Is there dirt in the filter and or the gas itself?

if a dealer set it up, i would also go back and show them what happens.

got the problem, spark plugs get dirty. left gets dry black (too rich) and right gets wet black (oily from worn piston rings but not too bad becaus there's no blue oily smoke from the exhaust). going back to the dealer tomorrow for advice.
