I made the seat pan from 16 g sheet metal....And a friend of mine did the ulphorstery with real leather... I bought the spike strip from a ulphorster shop and welded in place...

The bars are custom made using the original handlebars tubing...Switche for the headlight is located on the headlight bucket,and the one for the blinkers under the seat.

Yes this is a 4 inch, and i have about a 1/4" clearance on each side......

.. I bought the spike strip from a ulphorster shop and welded in place....as for foam i used ordinary Couch foam,but it's way to soft,so i will try to replace it with life jacket foam... It's looking hard enough....

Yep this is the stock fender, but chop in the midle.... I can remove the front part very easily....
