Hello all. Have been lurking around here for awhile and need a little assistance. I have a 72 CB350 that I have been working on and slowly turning into a cafe bike. Spent the last few years just getting it running right and collecting parts. Currently I have the center stand on but I am not using the stock exhaust so the center stand rests on the chain when riding. I am using a set of Durgam's rear sets and would like to ditch the center stand and use a side stand and was wondering how and what people do for a kick stand?
My 68 came with a kickstand bolted to the foot peg bracket, not sure if that's stock or not?
I removed the whole assembly and am just using the center stand. I could toss it in the mail for you if you're interested.
Justin
Appreciate the offer. I have the original kick stand was thinking about cutting the foot pegs off and using it. My only problem is the original bolt holes on the left side have striped out but it seem like it should be braced to the other side of the frame like the original since those bolts install horizontal helping take some of the load when its on the kick stand.
