CB 360 carb help/suggestions

Hey guys,

I had the cylinder bored on my CB 360 to 3mm oversize and am going to use a big bore kit I bought on Ebay. I'm thinking of getting a pair of Mikuni 32mm carbs for the bike and have my eyes on a set that would need to be rejetted. Are these good carbs to run, or should I stick with the stock Kei Hins? Also, what jets would anyone recommend given my setup. I plan to run pod air filters as well. Thanks...any and all advice is appreciated!

Go with 34mm. If you port the head and make custom pipes, you could go with 36mm. 32 will limit your performance.

Highly modified cb 350's, 67,5mm bore, can be road raced with 34mm mikunis and as crazy pajama;s says,,,,,don't fit big carbs.Vm mikunis's from 28mm to 32mm will work fine for street use,,go big have issues,,,go small and it will run great for the street........remember with slide carbs, hammering the throttle hard can make it bog!!!!!!!!,,,,,thats why cv's were standard ::)

Thanks for all the replies! I got the big bore kit with pistons, rings, and clips off of the Bay about a year ago...only set me back like $65!!! The Mikunis I had my eye on slipped through the crack though, and now I'm thinkin that until I have the cash for 32mm mikunis, I'll rejet the stock kei hins and see how it goes. Will keep you all posted. I hope to be back on 2 wheels soon...this project has been in the works for far too long. I just need rearsets and a seat, and I'll be good to go...famous last words!
