lol. Holy shit. I don't read novels. I stick to comics and bathroom walls.

As for the Delrin comment. I was going to do that originally but I'm not happy with the operating temperature and stress levels. They could apparently potentially break if bent too much. I found a higher grade plastic that I'm testing out this week.

Definitely interested in a set. I'm sure we're all anxious to see the finished product but don't let that cause you to cut any corners. they're looking great! Keep up the good work.

I actually DID read all of it, and it seems like a terrible idea. The fact is everyone interested in these custom rearsets owns the same bike, CB360. That post goes off into dream land about EVERY bike on the market up for an exchange of parts? WTF?

I've just about given up on these parts in question. the only thing keeping me interested is the fact it's almost too cold to ride where I'm at, so the bike isn't being ridden.

UPDATE!!!!!
All parts are in the production state. My turn parts are being done next week by the lathe shop, and I am in the process milling the brake pivot components.

I know this has been a rediculously long wait for most of you, and I apologize. I am still renting machine time, as I do not have my own equipment. I am making 50 kits to overcome any initial rush for kits.

I will update this by monday again.

Dude... I am painting my tins this weekend, I just set my points and timing... carb installation and rear sets are all I'll have left...

Timing is looking good... I'm all on board.

Thanks for sticking with the project Mate. I've been riding my bike for a few months with standard pegs (Getting a cramp in your right leg at 70 miles an hour sucks), even thought about buying rears from someone else but I thought "No, thats not the way to do this or what this is all about." I told you I'd buy yours so I kept waiting. Really excited to hear your getting close!

really glad to see them finally coming to life, still been waiting patiently for them. can't wait to have them on and relax my legs lol.

Haha great some progress...

In the meantime I've bought another project - gonna cafe an old ironhead sporty, so I'll be hated by both sides of the HD brigade. My god it is heavy, think I'll shave about 100kg by removing all the chrome eagles adorning it.

Be nice to have my little 360 to run against the old tractor though, look forward to hearing these rearsets are ready... ;)

Update!!!

Outer levers in progress.

Ive been wanting an old Ironhead. Thats one of the few harley's I would ride. Character....

I'm on the list too :) Hoping to put a set of these on a friend's CB360 that is in sore need of some TLC and a re-do of the last attempt to turn it into a cafe racer (it's a sad, sad assemblage of crap wiring, zipties, electrical tape... ugh). Never had rearsets put on, so these will be the cherry on the sundae.
