Ive been working on this project for a while. Last year it was assembled and rode. I went about 20 miles and it started burning a lot of oil. Finally go it torn down, no visible problems found. Bought a "good" head and just reassembled. After reassembly I found one of the wrist pin plugs on the work bench, oops!! Also found one of the spark plugs cross threaded and bad threads in that hole, fuck. Anyhow, I have an Ironhead project to get to and would like some extra $$ to fund it. I'm heavily invested into and don't really want to work on it anymore.
It comes with a clean 500t title and VIN plate
Engine is bolted together but will need taken apart for head replacement
Frame was hardtailed and stretched by me. Honestly, it looks pretty horrible
Carbs have been cleaned and rebuilt. Comes with a huge range of jets
Big bore pistons 73.5 mm I believe it should be close to 500cc
Machining done by a great local machine shop, cost me $180 for the cylinders
Copper head gasket from Lani at coppergaskets
Set of exhaust pipes included- header with small muffler w/side cutaway. These aren't in great shape, I was planning on wrapping them.
New fork seals and oil
Rear wheel and tire NOT included
new cheapo chinese front tire
