CB 550/500 wiring

So on my 74 CB550 i am using a cb500 motor and wiring harness..

The electrical panel (don't know the real name) for the cb500 doesnt have the headlight/tailight fuse box or starting motor that the panel for the cb550 oes. Does anybody know why that is? or how vital each of those two things are to the electrical system?

honda updated by seperating the system(harness)down and fusing each of the circuits. you can wire any bike to work properly with the parts you elect to use...but you will need basic parts of course...
