CB 750 Parts

Just picked up a '71 CB 750 in addition to the 360 I have. This one got water down one of the cylinders while sitting so the motor is froze up. I got it all apart and it looks like I'l might be able to hone the rust off and be good to go for now. Its bored 1mm over which from what I have read means I need to change the sleeves or cylinder assembly if I cant hone the cylinders smooth again. After tearing into this motor I have a few questions.

During disassembly I had to cut the cam chain to get the head off because the bolts on the cam sprocket were stripped and the motor was froze in a position that made it impossible to get a set of vice grips on the bolt. What/where is a good place to get a replacement chain and is it better to get a continuous one and split the case or use a master link? Also where is a good place to get a head gasket and is there a special one for 1mm overbore? From what I have read a stock one should work?

I would like to get stuff on order so I have it before the long weekend so any suggestions on affordable/good parts places would be appreciated.

Here is a pic of the new ride next to my 360:

Well I guess I was a little over optimistic in the ability of my hone and the depth of those rust pits. No way this cylinder is going to clean up. Found a used set of jugs in great condition on ebay for $35. Going to swap those in while I re-sleeve and bore these out to make her fast!im
