CB 750 year choices?

Im getting a cb 750 from a friend. He has a 70 and a 74 and i can pick one. Both are in about the same shape. Is there one that would be easyer to get parts for or be better in genaral?

if one is an F model, buy that one.

F didn't come out until 76 in Britain, maybe 75 here?
If you have choice, get 70

the 70 is a sandcast model, parts are much harder to find and more expensive. i'd go with the 74.

If it's a sandcast engine you should DEFINITELY get that one - they are VERY collectable.
